Donations
So many people have asked about donations or flowers. We appreciate all gestures however we'd rather money goes towards a donation to Pancreatic Cancer UK or St Margaret's Hospice.
Unfortunately, we now know from personal experience how devastating this particular form of cancer is. Like Kim, almost all cases are discovered in the very late stages and only 20% of patients survive the first 12 months. This drops to a 7% survival rate after 5 years showing how far behind medical developments are for this type of cancer compared with others.
Anything you can donate to help other families suffer less in the future would mean the world to Kim and all of us.
